Introducing The Vaults at 40 Wall Street
Tucked away in one of the most iconic buildings in all of Manhattan and only steps from the New York Stock Exchange are the newly designed Vaults at 40 Wall Street.

In celebration of National Golf Month, we are featuring "The Legendary 18"—awe-inspiring yet challenging holes from each of our properties around the globe combined into one iconic course. The fairway of the 14th hole at this stunning course, which looks deceivingly narrow from the tees due to the vast scale of the surrounding dunes, follows a natural valley up to the green. The valley offers the players a bit of shelter and a calm walk from the exposed tees to the green with its great views back out to the sea.
The large green is situated in an area with gentle contours on the left-hand-side, which provides a bail out for players not willing to take on the challenges of the right-hand-side of the green. Getting close to a right-hand-side pin-position requires a perfectly judged approach shot preferably played with a little fade as it is tucked in behind the only bunker on the hole. The bunker sits at the end of a narrow ravine that follows the last half of the fairway up along the approach to the green.
Pro Tip: With majestic dunes surrounding the hole on three sides and the North Sea coastline following the hole on the forth side, it has the ambiance to truly “wow” every player – be careful, true beauty can be distracting!
